What you are buying
Unity with Lucian is a digital product: 64 hours of pre-recorded video content, accompanying lesson notes, and per-module project source files, delivered via Gumroad. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. "Lifetime access" means for as long as Gumroad hosts the product. If Gumroad shuts down or discontinues hosting, the seller will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative, but does not guarantee perpetual availability on any specific platform.
Refund policy
All sales are final. The full course content is delivered immediately upon purchase, and no refunds are offered under any circumstances. Three free sample sessions are available at /samples so you can evaluate the format, quality, and teaching style before buying. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to preview the product and accept this policy.
Pricing
The standard price is $149 USD. Promotional codes may reduce this price at the seller's discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price shown at the time of checkout is the price you pay. Gumroad handles payment processing; the seller does not store your payment details.
Cryptocurrency payments
Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR) payments are accepted and processed manually. Email [email protected] to request a wallet address. Once the on-chain transaction confirms, you receive a 100% discount code for the Gumroad product. The same no-refund policy applies. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature; the seller is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, for overpayment due to exchange-rate fluctuation, or for network fees.
Intellectual property
All video content, lesson notes, source files, and course materials are the intellectual property of Lucian Lazar. Purchasing grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly screen, upload to other platforms, or create derivative products from the course materials. Reasonable personal use includes taking notes, writing code inspired by the lessons, and referencing techniques in your own projects.
Browser storage
The curriculum page on this site uses your browser's local storage to save your progress through the course. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. You are asked for consent before any data is stored. You can clear it at any time using the Reset button on the curriculum page or by clearing your browser's site data.
No tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts that collect personal information. The only external resources loaded are YouTube embeds (on pages with sample videos) and Google Fonts, which are subject to their own providers' privacy policies.
Liability
The course is educational material, not professional advice. The seller makes no guarantee of employment, income, or any specific outcome from completing the course. The content is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, the seller's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally should be submitted to the courts of Romania.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the last change. Continued use of the product after an update constitutes acceptance.
